Two businesswomen are promising customers a ‘full vintage experience under one roof’ with their latest venture.
Ria Chambers from Wellingborough and Sarah Anscombe of Northampton teamed up last year after discovering they shared a love of everything vintage.
They launched Red Rose Vintage Events, a joint venture which sees them organising events around the county where people can sell, buy or just learn about vintage fashion, jewellery, hair, make-up and food.
And they are getting ready to team up once again with Sarah’s business Red Admiral Vintage set to start trading from the first floor of Ria’s Rosy Lee Tearoom in Cambridge Street, Wellingborough.
Red Admiral Vintage already sells in several outlets across Northamptonshire but it will now have a permanent base in Wellingborough.
It will be offering a selection of vintage homewares, clothing, jewellery and accessories.

Sarah said: “I’ve wanted to have an outlet in Wellingborough for a while now as there is growing demand for vintage items, and when I was approached with this opportunity it was like fate.
“Customers can now do some shopping with me and enjoy tea and cake with Ria, it’s the full vintage experience under one roof.”
The Red Admiral Vintage shop opens on March 1 with an official launch day taking place on Saturday, March 5.
As part of the launch on March 5, people can buy a lucky dip for £5 which will have a vintage trinket, accessory or piece of jewellery up to the value of £10.
In the tearoom on March 4 and 5, Ria is offering a cream tea for two for £7, which is a 25 per cent saving on the regular price.
