Northamptonshire Police acted on intelligence received from the local community to identify four people, who went on to be convicted of motorcycle nuisance.

Officers spoke with residents on the Kingsway estate in Wellingborough who had been plagued with motorcycle anti-social behaviour for some time. The information they gave enabled police to take positive action to tackle it.

Constable Hayley Perry said: “Local residents provided visual evidence which helped officers to identify the motorcyclists causing disturbance on the estate and surrounding locations. I would like to thank them for their involvement in making the Kingsway estate area a safer and more pleasant place to be.”
