Former Northampton student takes on epic cycling challenge across America

A former Northampton School for Girls student has cycled across America to raise money for Children with Cancer UK.

Lilian Tse, 24, who was born and raised in Standens Barn, recently completed a self-supported cycle tour across America. She cycled a total of 4347 miles in 78 days, North to South, West to East, Vancouver to Key West to raise money.

Although Lilian has finished the challenge, she is still appealing for donations via her JustGiving page.

"We both believe this is a hugely worthwhile cause, not only for the essential research they fund in childhood cancer prevention/treatment and saving young lives, but also for the support they provide to families in an unimaginably difficult situation," she said.

"We hope you can offer your support and will greatly appreciate any donation you can make."
