The owners have moved to new premises in the same street but Northampton Borough Council has received an application from Hilary and Robert Poole.

It is understood that they wish to sell alcohol during the days and may even submitted plans for a roof terrace.

No date has yet been set to hear the application, but it will be decided by a panel of councillors at the Guildhall.
