Drug dealer admits planning to sell 900 fake Viagra tablets in Northamptonshire

A man has pleaded guilty to intending to supply an unauthorised medicinal product, after he was found with fake Viagra.

Graham Flounders, from Devon Walk, Rushden, was arrested in September last year over the possession of just under £3,000 worth of cannabis.

But police officers also discovered he had 900 fake Viagra tablets that they believed he intended to sell for a profit.

The 57 year old was charged with intent to supply cannabis as well as intending to sell an unauthorised medicinal product ‘within the European Economic Area’.

Flounders admitted both charges at Northampton Crown Court yesterday and has now been given conditional bail until a sentencing hearing.

Judge Mayo said yesterday that the granting of bail should not be seen by the defendant as any indication of the sentence.

He said: “All options will be considered by the court.”
