Victim was last seen entering the suspect's car which then drove off at speed

Police are urgently seeking witnesses after an unidentified man was assaulted in Northampton this evening (Friday, May 22).

He was attacked at about 5.30pm at the top of Northcote Street, near to the junction with Semilong Road, in Semilong, according to police.

The victim was last seen entering the suspect’s car, believed to be a white BMW, which then drove off at speed along Semilong Road - he is described as being black and aged 16-17.

Detectives are appealing for anyone with information to call Northamptonshire Police on 101, quoting incident 443 of today.
