Man used brick to smash windscreen of car parked in Northampton

Police are hunting a man who smashed the windscreen of a car with a brick and damaged the driver's door.

Anyone with information is being asked to call police on the 101 number.

The criminal damage was carried out on a car parked on a driveway of a property in St George’s Avenue, Northampton, on Sunday, July 31, some time between 1.30am and 1.45am.

An offender used a house brick was to smash the front windscreen and cause damage to the nearside driver’s door pillar.

The male offender (described as of unknown ethnicity and wearing dark clothing - possibly including a hooded top) was then disturbed by a neighbour and ran off towards Barrack Road, Northampton.
