A group of people allegedly followed the victim, a man in his 70s, home on the bus from Banbury to Kings Sutton.

One member of the group squirted liquid on him and while he was distracted by this, another member of the group is believed to have stolen his bank card.

The card was then used to withdraw money from the victim’s account. It is believed the offenders got the PIN by watching the victim use his card while he was in Banbury.
