Burnt-out vehicles found dumped in Northamptonshire were stolen from over the border

Vehicles found dumped and burnt out in Northamptonshire today, Saturday, were stolen from outside of the county.

The two cars were found by South Northamptonshire Police and were suspected to have been stolen.

This evening, Northants Serious Collision Investigation Unit confirmed that was the case and that they had been reported stole from Thames Valley Police area over the border.

Investigations are now underway.
