Appeal to identify man following incident on the Racecourse
Officers investigating an altercation between dog walkers on the Racecourse in Northampton have released an image of a man they would like to speak to.
The man, or anyone who recognises him, is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101. Information can also be shared anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
