"We would like to thank everyone who has donated items in support of this and we are pleased to have played our part.

"We hope that this helps makes the festive season a little brighter for the users of the Hope Centre."

Sue Wright, from the Northampton Hope Centre, said: "The continuing support that Northampton Town FC give to the Hope Centre is very much appreciated.

"The winter months are always difficult for those who are homeless and in need, especially Christmas time. The donations the club and their supporters have provided will help us to help those in need."
