A coach fire on the A45 in Northampton causeed delay for motorists today (Wednesday).
Police and firefighters were called out shortly before 9.30am this morning after the fire was reported on the eastbound section of the dual-carriageway.
Northants Fire service tweeted the fire was in the engine compartment of the coach.
Police traffic officer Dave Lee said one lane of the dual-carriageway, from Queen Eleanor Interchange to Brackmills Lane, was closed due to a large amount of oil on the road surface.
The road is now fully reopen.
