Chefs making a meal of it in the Sunshine State

Three Northampton College catering students will get the chance to work in some of the best kitchens in the USA when they head to Florida as part of a year-long internship, having been selected from dozens of candidates across Europe.

Luke Zajac, Sorrel Bywater and Charlie Berrill, all Level Three students, will head out to America next month to start their 12 month placements.

Charlie will work at Harbour Ridge Yacht and Country Club whilst Luke and Sorrel will head to the prestigious Pinetrees Golf Club, putting into practice everything they have learnt in three years at Northampton College.
