Boys approached and threatened before having coat pinched in Northampton robbery

A pair of boy robbers demanded money from passers-by in Northampton before making off with a victim's coat.

The incident happened on Friday, March 17, at about 5.30pm when the victims were approached by two other boys and were pushed and threatened in Billing Brook Road.

The offenders are described as black, both with a medium build.

One was about 14, around 5ft 3inches and was wearing a green, puffa-style coat with the hood up, black trousers, a blue blazer, a blue and yellow tie and black shoes.

The other was about 15, 5ft 5inches and wore a grey hoody with a tie.
