Appeal to trace man who grabbed woman around the waist in Northampton assault
Officers investigating an assault on a woman in Northampton would like to speak to the man pictured as it's believed he may be able to help with their inquiries.
The incident happened at about 4am on Sunday, March 5 when a woman was walking along an alleyway between Morrisons and Dunnes Stores in Victoria Promenade, in the direction of Auctioneers Way, when a man approached her and asked for a light.
The woman said no, at which point the man grabbed her around the waist. She screamed and the man ran off towards Auctioneers Court.

Police released the information this morning.
