Police are appealing for the public’s help in tracing two teenage sisters from Hertfordshire who have links to Corby.

Destiny and Tequilla Stead, aged 14 and 15, were reported missing on New Year’s Eve.

The sisters are vulnerable because of their age but are believed to be together.

They have links to Colchester in Essex and Corby, as well as to South Oxhey in Hertfordshire.

Both are white, with pale complexions and about 5ft 3in.

Destiny has very long straight mousey-coloured hair.

She was last seen wearing a blue zip hoodie, blue skinny jeans and black Nike trainers.

Tequilla has shoulder-length red hair.

She was believed to be wearing blue skinny jeans, a green parka coat and black trainers.

Detective Constable Dan Evans said: “We have made numerous enquiries into the sisters’ whereabouts however these have so far been unsuccessful.

“I would appeal to anyone who believes they have seen them since they were reported missing to get in touch with police as soon as possible.”

Anyone who has any information about their whereabouts should call the police on 101.
