A 31-year-old woman from Wellingborough has been given a five-year Anti-social Behaviour Order (ASBO), which prohibits her from entering a branch of Aldi and a One Stop Shop
Claire Harte, of Minerva Way, Wellingborough, was served with the order on Tuesday after the magistrates in Kettering found she had acted in an anti-social manner, which caused or was likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more people.
The court was told the order is “necessary to protect people from further anti-social acts by her”.
Harte is prohibited from entering the One Stop Shop on Swinburne Road, Wellingborough, the Aldi on Victoria Road, Wellingborough and from contacting directly or indirectly a number of named people, for a period of five years until April 14, 2020, and not to act in an anti-social manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
The court was told that the order is necessary to protect people from further anti-social acts by Harte.
