A spokesman for the University of Northampton said a number of new tenants could move in later this year.
The spokesman said: “To qualify for tenancy at the Innovation Centre, an organisation must deliver social benefits, address unmet social needs or tackle difficult social problems in an enterprising way.
“There are currently 15 organisations operating their businesses from the Innovation Centre and we are in discussions with a number of potential new tenants that we anticipate will join us during 2016.”
