Northampton hospital leads the way in promoting well-being at work
The workplace and well-being charter recognises a company’s commitment to making the workplace a positive and supportive environment where employees have easy access to resources and activities aimed at improving their overall health and well-being at work.
BMI Three Shires Hospital in Northampton is the first BMI Healthcare Hospital to have achieved accreditation.

Hide AdThe project has been led by Mary Visser, director of clinical services, and supported by all the leadership team.
Executive director of the hospital, Dominic Bath, said: “We are delighted to have received this level of recognition for the time and effort that the team put into making our hospital a great place to be and to work.
“Staff at BMI Three Shires are all hugely dedicated to their jobs and they work exceptionally hard to ensure our patients receive the best possible care. We want to ensure they are supported in the best way possible to do this and that they can continue to come to work, and leave work happy”.
