TRAFFIC: Road closed after serious crash in Rothwell
Motorists are being advised to avoid Glendon Road, Rothwell, following a serious crash this morning (Friday).
The two-vehicle collision took place at 7.55am near the junction with Dempsey Drive, and emergency services are currently in attendance, including the air ambulance.
A police spokesman said: “It is unknown how long the road will be closed but motorists are advised to find alternative routes and avoid the area.”
