Northampton homeless charity boosted by £1,000 donation from Amazon team in Daventry

A Northampton charity that supports homeless people has received a £1,000 donation from the Amazon fulfilment centre in Daventry.
Northampton Hope Centre will put the donation towards supporting those in the local area living in poverty via their Hand Up service and food poverty provision

Hide AdThe Amazon team also donated £150 of food packages for the Campbell Street charity’s food provision services for rough sleepers.
Site leader Gareth Davies said: “The Northampton Hope Centre provides a vital service to vulnerable people.
"We’re very pleased to support their work with this donation.”
The Hope Centre received the donation as part of the Amazon in the Community programme, whereby the company supports the communities around its operating locations across the UK.

Hide AdThe charity has been serving the community of Northampton for more than 40 years, providing housing services, counselling and education opportunities to people who are homeless and sleeping rough.

"This donation is making a direct impact on our neighbours in need - helping us to help those in poverty in our local area."
