The Greenstone Festival returns for its third year next weekend.

The event, founded by Jay Brown, aims to champion underground and upcoming artistic talent and to provide a community-focused gathering to celebrate the county’s music scene.

The Saturday will kick off at 11am with Blushes followed by Aaron King, Leo Robinson, Monks In The Wood, Labradoor (pictured), Tony Ceasar, Oh Sister, LA Salami, Mohit, Lucidalabradoor (pictured), Leiik, Century City, Amarou, Oh Boy!, Itchy Teeth and Hoo Has. Music on the Sunday is from 11.40am with sets from Evering, Maybug, Daudi, Heavy Heart, I Am Lovelace and VV Brown.

In addition to the annual festival, Greenstone supports a range of year-long initiatives to raise the profile of musicians through online sessions and live nights in London and Northampton.

The Greenstone Festival is on August 13 and August 14 at Overstone Park School. Tickets cost £15, £8 for Overstone alumni and £8 for students. For more information, visit www.greenstonecommunity.com
