Boughton House will be transformed for a night of chilling horror and detective action when a literary classic is performed in the open air.

Sherlock Holmes and the Hound of the Baskervilles can be seen at 7pm on Friday June 17.

On the lonely wasteland of the desolate Devon moors, something evil is afoot.

When death stalks the Baskerville family, legend and superstition collide with the most heinous of crimes.

It turns out that on the moor nobody is safe, not even the bravest of men.

Chapterhouse Theatre Company is bringing the world’s most famous of detectives, Sherlock Holmes himself, as he is called upon to solve the greatest mystery of all time...that of the Hound of the Baskervilles.

Visitors are urged to bring a picnic and your best detective skills for an unforgettable evening of mystery, suspense and theatre under the stars.

This is the second time that Sherlock Holmes and the Hound of the Baskervilles is touring with Chapterhouse.

Now, Chapterhouse are giving audiences a second chance to see this adaptation of Doyle’s most haunting mystery.
