The Bohicas to play two shows

Hotly tipped alternative rock and rollers The Bohicas play two gigs in the region next week.

The Essex quartet release their debut album, The Making Of, on Domino Records later this month.

It follows their recent singles Swarm and Where You At.

Championed by the likes of BBC Radio 1’s Annie Mac, The Bohicas play hook laden fast alternative painted in vivid primary colours with choruses that “slap you in the face, grab your hand and lead you onto the dance floor”.

The band comprise of singer and guitarist Dominic McGuinness, drummer Brendan Heaney, guitarist Dominic John and bassist Ady Acolatse.

The Bohicas play the Craufurd Arms on Friday, August 14. Support is by Sean Grant & The Wolfgang.

They then play Esquires in Bedford on Saturday, August 15. Support is by The Wholls.
