Rock duo Royal Blood have been announced as the second band which will support Foo Fighters at the National Bowl this weekend.
The duo (pictured) who recently played the Reading and Leeds festivals, broke through into the mainstream last year with their debut LP topping the charts in the UK.
Bassist and singer Mike Kerr and drummer Ben Thatcher will join Iggy Pop at the Milton Keynes venue.
Foo Fighters last headlined the National Bowl in 2011 and announced the gigs after they were forced to cancel their Wembley Stadium date in June after front man Dave Grohl fractured his leg when falling from a stage in Sweden.
They head to the Milton Keynes venue on Saturday, September 5, and Sunday, September 6. Tickets are available via www.gigsandtours.com, www.seetickets.com, www.ticketmaster.co.uk, www.ticket line.co.uk, www.theticket factory.com, www.axs.com/uk, www.gigantic.com and www.stargreen.com
They cost £71.50 which includes a service charge.
Car parking passes are also available for £15.
