Students at Kingswood Secondary Academy were treated to a performance by singer and songwriter Nathan Sykes when he popped in for a surprise visit.
The singer, who was in The Wanted which sold 11 million albums worldwide, performed to students as part of a reward for Year 7 pupils at the Corby school last week.
The treat had been arranged by their head of year.
Sykes was part of The Wanted until the band took a hiatus in 2014.
He has since released solo material, including Kiss Me Quick.
Some of The Wanted’s best known hits included All Time Low, Glad You Came and Walks Like Rihanna.
