Following the success of its UK tour last year, The Classic Rock Show is returning to Northampton for another night of rock gems at Royal & Derngate.
Now celebrating its sixth year, this critically acclaimed show marks the occasion with a new batch of the greatest moments in rock history bringing ‘Part 2’ of the greatest guitar riffs of all time to the stage.
A band, featuring a line up of top musicians, will take audiences on a two and a half hour foot-stomping ride featuring the music of The Who, Led Zeppelin, ELO, Bruce Springsteen, ZZ Top, Van Halen, AC/DC, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Eagles, Eric Clapton, Queen and many more.
The Classic Rock Show – Part 2 heads to the Northampton venue on Wednesday, February 10, at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £23.50 before fees.
The following night, The Johann Strauss Gala returns to the venue for a night of music, dancing and a dash of comedy.
Raymond Gubbay’s gala has enchanted audiences for more than 40 years.
Showman Rainer Hersch will guide the audience through this frolicking show with the Johann Strauss Orchestra playing a sparkling assortment of classical favourites.
The show will include performances by soprano Samantha Hay and the Johann Strauss Dancers, in period costumes.
It will feature popular classics including The Blue Danube Waltz, Radetzky March, Emperor Waltz, Cinderella Waltz and Polka Furioso.
The Johann Strauss Gala takes to the Derngate stage on Thursday, February 11, at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost from £17.50 to £32.50.
