Newcon 4 is being hosted at The Fishmarket in Bradshaw Street on Saturday October 11 and Sunday November 12, and will see an array of guests, exhibitions, talks, collectors' stalls, music, real ale and a barbecue.
The event features special guests and authors Iain M Banks, Ken Macleod, Storm Constantine and Paul Cornell.
There will also be readings, film screenings, debates, quizzes and an illustrated talk on Chinese Water Clocks.
