With a second round place at stake, Kettering’s men take on their closest rivals Priors Hall, Hellidon Lakes are at home to Whitefields Hotel and Cherwell Edge travel to Banbury.
Sixteen county clubs will have representatives in the opening round of the ladies competition, with at least four Northants pairs guaranteed to reach the next stage.
Overstone travel to Rushden, Delapre host Stoke Albany, Peterborough Milton are at Elton Furze, while Silverstone have home advantage against Collingtree.
Three other county sides will be looking to make the most of local knowledge as Cold Ashby host Lutterworth, Cherwell Edge play Tadmarton Heath and Whittlebury meet Feldon Valley.
It could be more difficult for Northants County, Northampton, Oundle, Kettering and Wellingborough as they travel to Kilworth Springs, Rugby, Luffenham Heath, Burghley Park and Pavenham Park respectively.
