Fotuali’i has signed a two-year deal at the 2015 Premiership runners-up and is now looking forward to a new challenge.

The 34-year-old, who made 80 appearances for Saints after joining from Ospreys in the summer of 2013, said: “I’m really excited to be joining Bath.

“They have an exciting, attacking ethos, which I’m looking forward to being part of, and I really like the focus that is put on individual development of players.

“You can always continue to learn as a player, so I’m looking forward to getting started and preparing for the season ahead.”

“This, along with his experience, will bring added leadership and competitiveness to our squad, which will no doubt push it forward.”
