Andy Seaton rattled in a hat-trick as James King Blisworth eased to a 4-0 Premier Division win over Heyford.

Also on the mark for the villagers was Matt Curry.

In Duston Garage (Bosch Service) Division One, a sixth successive win for Earls Barton moved the Greens closer to title glory.

Justin Dowling scored twice in the 4-1 win over Denton, with the others netted by Tom Randall and Ben Blomley.

With Locos drawing with Gretton, it may only be a matter of time before Barton are champions.

Burton remain realistic challengers after seeing off Volta 3-1, while Kislingbury’s 5-3 win over Ise Lodge keeps alive the hope of an immediate return to the top flight.

In Rothenberger Tools Division Two, Jason Crawley netted the winner to push Wollaston back within touching distance of top spot.

Ryan Lovell scored twice for Wilby who made it back-to-back league wins over Rising Sun. Clipston needed just one goal to defeat Daventry Comms.

In Duston Garage (Bosch Service) Division Three, a lack of discipline on the field and in front of goal finally combined to derail Weedon’s title challenge, which was underlined emphatically by Ferrers and Exiles who took full advantage of Walgrave’s 2-1 victory over the former.

Leaders Exiles put four past West Haddon with
Adam Jackson, Peter Doyle, Sam Savage and Lewis Savage on the mark, while Ferrers had Karl King to thank for
two of the five goals in their 5-1 win against SPA, whose consolation came from Nile Hollowell.

In Duston Garage (Great Wall Cars) Reserve Premier Division, Dale Lewis hit three for leaders Blisworth in their 5-1 win over ON Chenecks A.

Also on the mark were Ryan Camper and Robert Kirby, while Chens scored through Jordan Tumbling-Peart.

Harpole remain in second after thumping Ringstead 5-1, while Milton edged out Pegasus 3-2 to record a first away win in 18 months.

In the Duston Garage (Great Wall Cars) Reserve Division One, Welford edged out Old Grammarians Reserves thanks to a late winner from Harry Wootton, while his namesakes Wootton St George saw off Bugbrooke B.

Jo McBarrie scored the only goal of the game to see Harborough safely home against West Haddon in Duston Garage (Great Wall Cars) Reserve Division Two.

Titchmarsh defeated Spratton away, while Volta earned a third win of the season.

In the NFA Area Cup, Redstar Reserves triumphed over derby opponents Albion Vikings with David Sheridan scoring twice.

Paul Caswell netted three times to put Corby Eagles through in the NTFA Gorrell Barnes Cup against Town League opponents Mereway.

In the Duston Garage (Bosch Service) Premier Division Cup, Ringstead put league woes to one side and reached Sixfields courtesy of an extra time strike against Roade.

This week’s star award winners are Milton Reserves, who secured their first away win since September 2011
