COMBINATION: Matthew and Gavin get the goals in key win for Harpole

Matthew Deane and Gavin Hitchcock struck as Harpole kept the heat on James King Blisworth with a 2-1 Duston Garage Premier Division win against Roade.

Harpole were also winners earlier in the week as they beat Heyford 3-0.

Stuart Clarke, Alexander Smith and Gokan Ulker got the goals on that occasion.

League leaders James King Blisworth were 4-0 winners against Kettering Nomads, with Ross Arundell, Michael Betts and Josh Dawson among the scorers.

Aaron Blundell and Adrian Redmond struck as Moulton beat Daventry Drayton Grange 2-0, while Earls Barton United earned a 3-2 win against Clipston.

Duston Garage Division One

Wootton St George and Burton United could not be separated after 90 minutes with the game finishing 0-0.

Weedon were beaten 7-3 by Wellingborough Rising Sun.

Duston Garage Division Two

KISLINGBURY backed up their midweek win against West Haddon Albion by seeing off Northampton Spartak 3-1.

The 6-1 win against West Haddon had come thanks to a hat-trick from James Lewis, while Daniel Gray got two and Byran Tichawana was also on target.

West Haddon’s reply came from Matthew Wootton.

Blisworth Reserves were beaten 5-3 by Weldon United Reserves in a game that took place last weekend.

Duston Garage Division Three Cup

GRANGE PARK RANGERS booked their place in the final thanks to a 6-0 success against Corby Strip Mills.

Rangers will meet Corby Kingswood in the showpiece after they beat AFC Houghton Magna 1-0.

Duston Garage Division Four

DEAN WILKINSON netted a double but his Harpole Reserves side were beaten 8-2 by Medbourne Reserves.

Second-placed Brixworth All Saints beat Desborough &Rothwell United Reserves 1-0, while Earls Barton Reserves beat Weldon United A 3-2.

Duston Garage Division Five Cup

NATHAN BUTLER and Dylan Jones were on target as Daventry Rangers beat Kettering Ise Lodge 3-2 to book their place in the final.

An own goal proved to be decisive in the Daventry success.
