EVERY match-organiser’s dream! That is this season’s Ringer Pairs Boddington series – with every round sold-out with a waiting list at least a week beforehand.

Sunday’s round again produced decent winter weights, with Jason Morris winning on 91lb ahead of Steve Ringer 80lb and Ritchie Edmunds 73lb.

But the money was on the pairs results, with top pay-out going to Matt Snowdon and Andy Fullylove’s four point score.

With Phil away, Steve Ringer drafted dad Geoff in and they notched five points with 123lb – pretty good as it was the day BEFORE Geoff picked up his new specs – and lucky for them as they tied with Chris Hill and Lee Jepson on points but took runners-up spot on weight.
