Akinfenwa one of three doubts for local derby
Adebayo Akinfenwa is one of three Northampton Town players who are major doubts for the weekend visit of Leicester City to Sixfields.
The leading scorer is struggling to shake off the effects of a hamstring injury picked up during the first half of the midweek defeat at Colchester United.
Also potentially on the injured list are Giles Coke, who has a problem with his hip, and Liam Davis, who is booked in for a double hernia operation next week and may sit out the Foxes game as a result.
Arsenal loanee Paul Rodgers is suspended after he was sent off on Tuesday, with Jason Crowe deputising at right-back, although he has a slight Achilles strain.
