QPR duo to miss Cobblers clash

Injured duo Mikele Leigertwood and Radek Cerny are to miss QPR's pre-season friendly at Sixfields on Wednesday.
Rangers boss Iain Dowie says he will not used keeper Cerny, who has a hamstring injury, and Leigertwood, who has an Achilles problem, in the pre-season friendly against Northampton Town.

"Mikele's is not too much of a problem but discretion is the better part of valour and it's just important it doesn't flare up," said Dowie.

"Radek has a bit of a tight hamstring which is probably going to keep him out for another week. It's nothing major."
