Northampton Town fans say their clashes with long-standing rivals Peterborough will be their big derby next season despite both Leicester and Milton Keynes Dons joining League One.
The Foxes dropped out of the Championship last weekend, while the MK Dons clinched promotion from League Two.

That means Cobblers will have several derby matches to look forward to, but according to fans who voted in a poll on this website Posh are still the big enemy.

The vote asked who you considered to be Cobblers' biggest derby rivals. The results were:

Milton Keynes Dons 19%

Leicester City 29%

Peterborough United 52%

Do you agree with the vote? Or do you think MK Dons will eventually become Cobblers' biggest rivals? Have your say by posting a comment below (it's quick and easy to register) or click here to email the Chron

It is Posh for older supporters such as myself; after all Peterborough used to be in the county. However, for the younger generation it will be MK Dons in the future as it is closer and they represent a serious rival now in terms of supporter base.
