Queens Park Rangers head for Sixfields boosted by a 3-1 friendly win at Stevenage.
Goals from Hogan Ephraim, Romone Rose and new signing Matteo Alberti sealed the win, with boss Iain Dowie pleased with the performance.

Rangers travel to take on Northampton Town in their next pre-season friendly on Wednesday.

Dowie said: "It was a decent performance. I felt we played very well in fits and starts.

"There was some good passing and we created numerous opportunities. We weren't as clinical as we would have liked."
