England supremo Rob Andrew has revealed how Northampton Saints coach Dorian West continually press Dylan Hartley's claim for an England place.
The young Northampton Saints hooker has been named in the England squad to tour his home country of New Zealand this summer.

And Andrew, who will lead the tour to New Zealand while new England manager Martin Johnson stays home with his pregnant wife, says West, forwards coach at Franklin's Garden, has gone out of his way to tell the England set-up how well Hartley has been doing.

"Since Christmas Dorian has been bugging everybody about how well he has been playing," said Andrew.

"He has had a very good second half of the season. He played very well for the Saxons against Ireland when he came on."

Hartley is joined in the 32-man squad by the uncapped London Irish trio of Paice, lock Nick Kennedy and winger Topsy Ojo plus Harlequins scrum-half Danny Care and Bristol prop Jason Hobson.
