Northampton director of rugby Jim Mallinder saw his side again surrender a half-time lead away from home in the Guinness Premiership and admitted his side panicked.
Mallinder was understandably disappointed to see his side lose 29-19 to Leicester Tigers after leading at the break for the third time on their travels this season.
Saints were 16-9 ahead at Welford Road, and Mallider said: "We panicked a bit near the end.
"We need to look after the ball better in the second half. We need to address that because our away games are following a similar pattern.
"I'm really proud of the lads and it's a shame we could not get something out of the game. We have to start taking points away from home."
