The five employees, from Northampton-based Jellyfish design agency, took on Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in aid of The Anthony Nolan Trust, raising more than £3,000 and reaching the finish line in 20 hours 53 minutes.
Mr Hunter said: "During my rugby career I faced some physically very demanding tasks but this was one of the toughest things I've done in my life. It really pushed us to our limits and we were all digging deep at the end.
"I'm so proud of everyone for getting through despite the aches and pains, seriously sore blisters and the general fatigue of being awake and doing gruelling exercise for that length of time. We're also thrilled to have recorded such a fast time."
