Light-heavyweight Liam Daly beat Chris Brown of Chatteris ABC at Kings Lynn in his first bout since the Senior ABA Novice final.
The Kings Heath ABC boxer took a while getting into his stride against the switch-hitter but in the fourth wobbled Brown with a big right hook and came out a deserved majority points winner.

Club-mate Leo D'Arlengar beat Danny Naylor, of Ferry Street ABC, in a four two-minute rounds featherweight contest. Naylor had a recent win over "hotshot" Bradley Evans, and so this is D'Arlengar's best win to date as he went in as underdog.
