The school and the singing duo both performed at a ‘Voice in a Million’ concert at Wembley just over a week ago and one music teacher went above and beyond to arrange for Reggie 'N' Bollie to chat to aspiring musicians and choristers at Weston Favell Academy.

The arena show took place on Wednesday 8 and Thursday, March 9 and highlights the plight of children in care around the world and the issues and problems facing parents wanting to adopt children across the pond.

More than 1,500 schools have pledged their support and the choir has grown from 32 members to over 80,000.

A spokesperson for Weston Favell Academy said: "We were thrilled to welcome X Factor 2015 runners up Reggie ‘N’ Bollie today. Selected students from all year groups were invited to watch Reggie ‘n’ Bollie perform in our main hall. They performed their popular song “New Girl” and also treated us to one of the first performances of their new single “This is the Life”. They encouraged all students to get up and dance - with some of our excited teachers also keen to get involved!

"After performing their songs, Reggie ‘N’ Bollie took the time to have a question and answer session with our students and took a group selfie with them all.

"At the end of their visit, Reggie 'N' Bollie took on the mammoth task of signing autographs and taking selfies with almost 250 students. Students were very patient waiting for their selfies despite some of them having to wait for over an hour."

The school pays thanks to their performing arts department for organising the event and wants to thank Reggie ‘N’ Bollie for a "fantastic" performance.
