Two shop windows smashed in Wellingborough Road area of Northampton

The front windows of a hair salon and a card shop have been smashed in Northampton this week.

The hair salon front window in Artizan Road was smashed sometime between 10pm on Wednesday and 7am on Thursday.

It is believed the offenders went inside, however, nothing appears to have been stolen.

The second incident happened in Wellingborough Road, near the junction with Allen Road, when the front door and main display window of a card shop were smashed sometime between 6pm Wednesday and 9.15am Thursday. Nothing was taken.

Witnesses, or anyone with information, are asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101. Alternatively, they can call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
