TRAFFIC: Two lanes blocked and slow traffic after 'spillage' on Northampton road
Delays of over 10 minutes have been reported at a key Northampton roundabout after a 'spillage' blocked two lanes this morning.
Average speeds of 5mph were reported on the A5076 Mere Way Eastbound between High Street and A45 London Road.
The spillage was first reported at around 6am today (May 23).
