Staff at a Thrapston medical centre say they are simply fed up after vandals left a trail of destruction for the second time this month.
The surgery was targeted over the weekend by mindless yobs who smashed lights and glass, destroyed hand rails and left large amounts of litter.
The incident comes just two weeks after the centre’s walls were daubed with swastikas.
Assistant practice manager Michelle Bell said: “The surgery is here to treat people in the vicinity and the community.
“It’s more than likely that this damage was caused by people who have been treated here or who have family who have been treated here.
“This is going to cost hundreds [of pounds] to clear this up. We’re fed up.
“We’ve told police and an urgent action plan is being made.”
The surgery has bee targeted several times, including a year ago with lights and CCTV cameras smashed.
The vandals were made to pay £600 and write letters of apology.
Anyone who may have witnessed this act of vandalism should contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
