A Co-op store in Northamptonshire has been left severely damaged after thieves used a digger to smash a wall and steal a cash machine.

The supermarket, in Newton Road, Wollaston, was targeted at about 3am this morning (Saturday) and the thieves also used a large Mitsubishi L1200 pickup truck. Both vehicles and the cash machine were later recovered.
