A teenager needed surgery on a broken jaw after he was attacked in a Northampton nightclub.

The 18-year-old was in the rear garden of NB’s in Bridge Street in the early hours of Sunday, December 13, when he became involved in an argument with another man.

Three strangers then intervened and pinned the teenager to the floor before another man who he did not know ran towards him. The stranger stamped on the teenager’s head while he lay on the ground.

The attack left the teenager’s jaw broken in two places which needed surgery at Northampton General Hospital.

His attacker is described as white, about 18, with black hair. He was of medium build and was wearing a grey sweatshirt and jeans.
