Road closed in Northampton after police officers restrain 'shouting' man
A man has been restrained by police in Overstone Road off Upper Mounts this evening.
Northants Weather tweeted: 'Overstone Road closed at the moment whilst the Police have a man down on the road.'
An eyewitness told the Chron that an ambulance arrived at the scene but did not take anyone to the hospital.
