Police release CCTV image of burglar who broke into Northamptonshire school twice

A burglar who broke into a Wellingborough school two nights in a row was spotted on CCTV inside the property.

St Barnabas School in St Barnabas Street was broken into just after 9pm on Friday, December 11.

It was then broken into again at about 10pm the following day.

Officers investigating the break-ins have now released an image of the man they believe is responsible for both incidents.

The image shows the man trapped in the school’s reception area, using a chair to try and break through a glass door.

He is slim and wore a light coloured hoodie and a dark baseball cap.
