Fresh appeal over missing teenager on first anniversary of disappearance in Northampton

Police issued a fresh appeal for help to find teenager Zelalem Gegzihabet on the first anniversary of his disappearance in Northampton.
Zelalem, who is now 17 years old, was one of four Eritrean youngsters who were reported missing on March 20 last year.

Hide AdThree of the four — two girls, Magdas Kiros and Bezauit Sardor, and a boy Daniel Tecqldebasta, all 16 — were found within a few days. But there have been no sightings of Zelalem and both Northamptonshire Police and Children First say they are concerned for his welfare..
Zelalem has an African accent and is described as being of a medium build with brown eyes.
At the time he went missing, Zelalem had black and brown hair worn in short dreadlocks to the top of his head, with short sides. He was last seen wearing a turquoise hooded top, black jeans and black trainers.
A Police spokesman said "If anyone has seen Zelalem or knows where he is, please call 101 or contact [email protected] by email."
